Get ready to
- Build and lead a high-performing controlling team, with clear roles, measurable KPIs, and strong execution velocity
- Build and operate the company’s financial engine by designing and owning finance processes, financial data integrity, and business performance management
- Create and maintain a single-version-of-truth managerial reporting package (P&L, BS, CFS), including dimensions, mappings, cost centers, product lines, and unit economics
- Reduce month-end close timelines together with the financial reporting & consolidation function — moving from weeks to ≤5 business days
- Implement and maintain full cost transparency frameworks across product and G&A, ensuring every spend category has ownership, logic, and predictable run rates
- Lead HR/Headcount controlling, people-efficiency KPI tracking, and Group-wide cost allocation structures aligned with business needs and transfer pricing logic
- Manage procurement for vendor strategy and spend visibility
- Partner with FP&A and senior leadership to align financial and operational KPIs, ensuring measurable ROI on spend
- Own cash flow management, rolling forecasts, liquidity discipline, and intercompany flows
We expect you to
- Bring 7+ years of experience, ideally combining Big4 and tech scale-up environments
- Have proven expertise in managerial reporting, ERP automation (ideally NetSuite), cost controlling, and budgeting
- Demonstrate strong process optimization, automation mindset, and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate seamlessly across FP&A, Accounting, Data, Operations, and senior leadership
- Bring experience in cash flow management, treasury, and ideally IFRS exposure.
- Operate with high attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, persistence, and disciplined execution
- Coach and develop team members toward higher performance
- Communicate clearly, operate with integrity, absorb new systems quickly, and adapt to changing priorities
- Drive financial clarity, capital efficiency, and decision velocity — using automation and AI-enabled insights to eliminate manual work and accelerate impact
Salary
Gross salary range is 5500 – 7000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
