Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly U.S. sales tax returns

Monitor and analyze changes in U.S. sales tax laws

Reconcile sales tax files with the Accounting team on a weekly basis

Maintain and organize tax files and databases

Review product and service taxability across U.S. states

Assist with audits and general sales tax compliance tasks
We expect you to

Have basic knowledge of data analytics or financial analysis, or a strong willingness to learn

Possess a basic understanding of U.S. sales and use tax

Have basic Excel skills (experience with Looker or Power Query is a bonus)

Be detail-oriented and well organized

Be fluent in both Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
Salary
Gross salary range is 1700 – 2200 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
