Own strategic and investment leadership across a portfolio of newly acquired digital and e-commerce businesses

Lead end-to-end M&A execution, including sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee materials

Shape and continuously refine portfolio company strategies, business plans, and capital allocation priorities

Drive post-merger integration across product, tech, marketing, operations, finance, and HR

Deliver measurable value creation and synergy capture within the first 6 months post-acquisition

Build and maintain decision-ready financial models, investment cases, and rolling projections for portfolio companies

Define, track, and interpret value-driving KPIs (CAC/LTV, retention, contribution margin, payback, cash needs, unit economics)

Identify margin expansion and revenue growth opportunities and ensure execution follow-through

Act as the strategic bridge between portfolio leadership, FP&A, Corporate Finance, and central teams

Provide clear, insight-driven recommendations to CFO, CEO, and senior leadership to accelerate decision-making
We expect you to
-
Bring 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or similar transaction-heavy strategic roles.

Demonstrate advanced financial modeling skills (3-statement models, operating models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, valuation)

Have hands-on experience running commercial and financial due diligence, including market sizing, cohort analysis, and unit-economics validation

Show strong expertise in digital and e-commerce business models, including funnels, CAC/LTV dynamics, retention, contribution margin, and payback logic
-
Be proficient in investment case development, capital allocation frameworks, and ROI-based prioritization
-
Have experience preparing investment committee and board-level materials with clear decision logic and risk framing
-
Be comfortable working with BI tools, raw data extracts, and performance dashboards to drive granular business insights
-
Bring exposure to post-merger integration planning and execution, including synergy tracking and KPI alignment

Operate with high analytical rigor and attention to detail across models, diligence outputs, and strategic materials

Communicate complex financial and strategic insights clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
Salary
Gross salary range is 7500 – 8500 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
