We expect you to

Have a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams (minimum 50 people)

Have experience collaborating directly with C-level executives, translating business objectives into actionable technology solutions

Have extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends and a strong technical acumen

Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead and motivate our dynamic team

Have experience in a fast-paced startup environment (bonus points)

Have advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Salary
Gross salary range is 10 000 – 15 000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga! For this specific role, we will prioritize candidates from Vilnius.
