Monitor payment gateway and processing platform performance in real time

Investigate payment errors, failures, and declines to ensure seamless transactions

Provide first-line technical support, including API connectivity checks and transaction validation

Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support with full technical context and documentation

Communicate incident updates and resolutions clearly across teams

Analyze transaction patterns to identify and mitigate potential fraud

Deliver actionable insights to product teams using 3DS and fraud data
We expect you to

Be comfortable with APIs, payment flows, and technical integrations

Understand and contribute to fraud prevention strategies and tools

Communicate effectively with both technical teams and external partners

Liaise confidently with payment gateways, acquirers, and banks

Support product managers with payment knowledge or escalate to core teams when needed

Stay proactive—researching vendors and exploring new payment methods

Represent Kilo at industry conferences and partner meetings

Bring experience from fintech, payments, or e-commerce environments
Salary
Gross salary range is 3600 – 5400 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
