We expect you to

Have fluent English skills, both written and spoken

Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Have knowledge of or interest in the digital health and wellness industry (considered a plus)

Have previous experience in Customer Success (email support, Zendesk, Flexport, Shopify, Deliverr, or similar platforms)

Have experience in payment dispute management (considered an advantage)
Salary
Gross salary range is 1300 – 1600 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
