Get ready to

Lead operational execution across Bioma Health teams, driving efficiency and smooth delivery

Build and optimize scalable processes to support fast, complex growth

Drive execution excellence and ensure strategic priorities are delivered

Own annual and quarterly planning cycles, including process and workload planning, resource allocation (people & budget), and support corporate finance oversight and budgeting

Partner closely with Tech and Data leadership (direct reports) to align execution with priorities

Collaborate on PaymentOps, financial operations, and supply chain-related topics

Establish internal centers of excellence for operational best practices, working daily with the CEO and taking over key operational responsibilities
We expect you to
-
Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (COO, Head of Operations, VP Ops, GM) within a scaling tech or product company

Strong understanding of corporate finance and operational planning

Experience working closely with Tech and Data organizations

Ability to design and implement processes that improve execution and accountability

Strong leadership skills with a structured and calm approach

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Salary
Gross salary range is 8,000–10,000 EUR/month, plus performance-based variable bonuses.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
