Own and manage the L&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable ROI

Lead strategic learning planning, translating business goals into structured development roadmaps and scalable learning solutions

Drive AI-related strategic initiatives within the learning context, integrating AI tools and innovative approaches into development programs

Design, organize, and execute internal academies, leadership programs, and internship initiatives that build strong talent pipelines

Measure learning effectiveness, track impact metrics, and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback
We expect you to

Have solid experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a similar strategic People role (5+ years), ideally in high-growth environments

Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to align learning initiatives with commercial and strategic goals

Have experience managing L&D budgets and working with external vendors and learning partners

Possess hands-on experience in implementing coaching frameworks and leadership development programs

Be comfortable leading innovation initiatives, especially integrating AI into learning processes and tools

Have strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously

Use data to evaluate learning effectiveness and make informed decisions

Have excellent spoken and written English
Salary
Gross salary range is 3 000 – 4 000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
