Ratepunk: is a travel tech platform that helps users find cheaper flights and hotel deals by comparing prices across sites and alerting them when prices drop. You’ll be working in a fast-growing, data-driven environment focused on building smart tools that make travel more affordable and transparent for everyone.

We expect you to

Bring strong backend engineering fundamentals — clean architecture, design patterns, testing

Have solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments

Be familiar with PostgreSQL and Redis, including data modeling and performance considerations

Be able to navigate and design complex business and domain logic

Write reliable tests and follow best engineering practices

Work autonomously from implementation to optimization and deployment

Have a curious, open-minded approach and willingness to improve existing solutions rather than just follow them
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500 – 5400 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 3 days onsite, 2 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: remote work option available, with occasional weekly visits to HQ.
