Own the retention strategy across onboarding, re-activation, churn prevention, and long-term LTV growth

Manage and optimize transactional emails to improve both customer experience and business performance

Build and continuously improve re-activation flows to recover lost subscribers

Test and enhance onboarding journeys to boost activation and early retention

Monitor churn trends and identify lifecycle gaps and growth opportunities

Own and track key retention metrics such as churn rate, retention rate, and LTV
-
Launch, manage, and optimize lifecycle automations in Klaviyo based on customer behavior and subscription status

Run A/B tests across flow logic, timing, messaging, and incentives

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and copy teams to improve retention performance
We expect you to
-
Have proven hands-on experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing

Bring strong experience working with Klaviyo (required)

Have experience with Postmark, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools (a plus)

Possess a strong technical understanding of automations, segmentation, triggers, and integrations

Be confident in analyzing customer lifecycle data and turning insights into actionable improvements

Be proactive, independent, and comfortable taking full ownership of your work
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000 – 4300 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
