Own and manage IT operations across the organization, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability

Administer user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management) across multiple platforms

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software according to company standards

Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, driving them to full resolution with minimal supervision

Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to service levels and internal SLAs

Manage and continuously improve IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking

Support and educate end users on hardware, software, and best practices

Create and maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and procedures

Lead or contribute to IT process improvements, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency

Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions (e.g., using n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar tools)

Ensure IT security best practices are followed across endpoints and systems
We expect you to
-
2+ years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or similar role
-
Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting across devices, networks, and SaaS tools
-
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure: hardware, operating systems, networking, and cloud tools

Experience administering modern workplace environments (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Experience with automation tools (n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar) and mindset to reduce manual work

Familiarity with MDM solutions and endpoint management (a plus)

Understanding of security principles (SSO, access control, endpoint security, password policies)

Strong ownership mindset — ability to take responsibility and drive tasks to completion

Process-oriented thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and ITSM best practices

Excellent documentation and organizational skills

Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical users

Fluency in Lithuanian and English
Salary
Gross salary range is 2500-3400 EUR/month.

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
