We expect you to

Have proven experience in graphic design and video editing for performance marketing

Be skilled in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, and Premiere (or similar tools)

Understand what makes Meta and TikTok ads perform

Be a strong visual storyteller with great pacing and attention to detail

Be curious and interested in learning about AI applications in creative work

Salary
Gross salary range is 2500 – 3500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
