Get ready to

Monitor competition, analyze market trends, and translate insights into product improvements and innovations

Own end-to-end product operations across a growing scope including product packaging solutions, retail branding and partnerships execution

Ensure smooth daily execution (labels, localizations, promotional materials) to keep business running efficiently

Drive product excellence across labels, communication, retail materials, and overall product experience

Define and strengthen product USPs, including modes of action, ingredient transparency, and communication angles

Manage design and project workflows (agency coordination, promotional materials development, samples logistics, and support of strategic initiatives execution)
We expect you to

Take full ownership and deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Have a background in brand or product management with understanding of positioning and product development

Bring experience or strong interest in health & wellness (probiotics/gut health is a plus)

Be able to translate complex product or scientific information into clear, compelling communication

Have strong copywriting skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Be proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a small, high-responsibility team
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500 – 6000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
