We are looking for a CRO Lead – a strategic, data-driven leader who will drive our global growth, revenue strategy, and go-to-market success across multiple brands and business lines.

Own the full customer funnel and drive continuous experimentation to improve conversion, retention, and monetization.

Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies focused on increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) and reducing churn.

Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Manage and mentor a small team of conversion, CRM, or growth specialists.

Identify optimization opportunities across onboarding, subscription flows, pricing, lifecycle communication, and user journeys.

Build and manage an experimentation roadmap including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and retention initiatives.

Use analytics and customer insights to make high-impact decisions and continuously improve performance metrics.

Monitor and report on key KPIs including conversion rates, retention, churn, CAC, and LTV.
We expect you to
-
3–5+ years of experience in conversion optimization, retention, lifecycle marketing, growth, or related roles.

Previous people management or team leadership experience.

Proven track record of improving conversion, retention, and revenue through experimentation and data-driven optimization.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, subscription economics, and funnel optimization.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO methodologies, and behavioral analytics.

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, VWO, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
Salary
Gross salary range is 5500-6100 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
