We expect you to
-
Have experience in graphic design, creative marketing, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital ads

Be highly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools; video editing and motion design skills are a strong bonus

Understand performance marketing and how creative impacts metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS

Be able to develop your own creative briefs, concepts, and campaign ideas from scratch

Work independently, take ownership of projects, and communicate confidently in English

Bonus if you have experience creating and editing video content
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000 – 4000 EUR/month.
Location
We have amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, super cool hub in Klaipėda, or remote from Lithuania.
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in other locations: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
