Get ready to

• Develop data-driven creative concepts for paid social campaigns across our wellness apps, with a strong focus on Meta

• Write clear, actionable briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators

• Own the copy – hooks, headlines, CTAs, scripts – and make it convert

• Dig into ad performance data and make decisions based on what it tells you

• Analyze competitor creatives and spot trends before they peak

• Gather audience insights and turn them into angles that hit

• Collaborate with performance marketers and creatives to ship and iterate fast

• Use AI tools to move quicker without cutting corners

We expect you to

• Have 2–3 years of experience as a creative strategist, performance creative, copywriter, or similar role

• Think in both angles and numbers – you’re as comfortable with CPA and ROAS as you are with a hook rewrite

• Be a strong storyteller who can distill a complex idea into a scroll-stopping moment

• Be curious, fast-moving, and unbothered by failure – you treat a losing ad as data, not a setback

• Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Be highly hands-on, while effectively collaborating with other team members to achieve the best outcomes

• Be highly independent, responsible for your own work, planning, and results – strong time management skills are essential

Salary

Gross salary range is 2900 – 4000 EUR/month.

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.

Get ready to

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies and marketing angles for digital advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google)

• Write comprehensive briefs for graphic designers, video editors, content creators, copywriters and other creative professionals

• Conduct thorough competitive landscape research and constantly seek out new ideas and trends to stay ahead in the market

• Analyze ad testing data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance

• Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to ensure aligned and effective campaign execution

• Gather and interpret insights about target groups to create customer avatars and inform creative direction

• Develop compelling copy, including headlines, call-to-actions, and short posts oriented towards sales and other KPIs

• Oversee the visual brand execution to maintain consistency and appeal across all marketing materials

We expect you to

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Performance Creative, Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role

• Have proven experience in working with e-commerce products

• Have experience in creating performance marketing campaigns in USA market

• Be 100% performance-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results

• Have the ability to influence, tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages, and present them in a visually compelling way

• Possess strong common sense and excellent English language skills

Salary

Gross salary range is 3300-4300 EUR/month.
