Moérie is a hair care brand built around one goal: visible hair growth results, backed by real science. You’d be joining a fast-moving DTC marketing team where good ideas turn into live campaigns quickly and creative ownership is taken seriously.

Get ready to

• Write and optimize advertorials, listicles, and funnel copy, from cold-traffic hooks to landing pages.

• Turn customer pain points and desires into sharp, sales-driven angles and messaging.

• Work closely with project managers and the wider marketing team, including performance specialists and designers.

• Analyze ad testing data and use it to sharpen or rewrite copy that isn’t converting.

• Study competitors’ advertorials and messaging for gaps and opportunities.

• Keep a pulse on copywriting trends, market shifts, and the way people actually talk.

• Gather insights about target audiences and put them to work in every piece of copy you write.

We expect you to

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Conversion Copywriter, Performance Creative, or similar.

• Have a strong portfolio of copy that’s proven to convert.

• Have a creative and analytical mindset, equally comfortable writing and reading data.

• Be 100% performance-oriented.

• Be able to tell a story, synthesize complex ideas, and land a key message in a few words.

• Be curious about what makes people click, read, and buy.

• Communicate fluently in English and Lithuanian, and thrive in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2 500 – 4 000 EUR/month, depending on your skillset and experience.

Location

Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, team members from other cities are coming to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.

Get ready to

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused email copy for multiple DTC brands.

• Own the copywriting process from customer research and concept development to final delivery.

• Collaborate with email marketers, designers, and other team members to develop and launch A/B tests.

We expect you to

• Relevant DTC copywriting experience is essential.

• Your experience may come from writing advertorials, paid ads, blogs, landing pages, or emails.

• You understand that strong copy starts with research, not a blinking cursor.

• You can turn customer pain points, desires, reviews, and objections into persuasive messaging.

• You understand conversion principles and can create meaningful A/B test hypotheses.

• You’re passionate about email and curious about what makes people open, click, and buy.

• You take ownership of results instead of considering the job finished once the copy is delivered.

• You collaborate well, welcome feedback, and can confidently explain your creative decisions.

• You have excellent written English and strong attention to detail.

• A portfolio containing relevant DTC work is required

Salary

Gross salary range is 3200-4000 EUR/month.

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
