We expect you to

Have a proven track record of building, scaling, or leading products/businesses in EdTech or digital learning

Be comfortable combining strategic vision with hands-on execution – from setting direction to closing first sales

Know how to validate products quickly and use data to drive decisions

Be able to attract top talent and build strong teams from scratch

Salary
Gross salary range is 4000 – 5000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
