Validate ideas fast – test, iterate, pivot, or kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does

We expect you to

Have a proven track record of building, scaling, or leading digital health, longevity, biohacking, or data-driven products

Strong understanding of biometric data (wearables, health tracking, performance metrics) and how to turn it into user value

Be comfortable combining strategic vision with hands-on execution — from shaping product direction to driving first traction

Have a solid understanding of digital performance marketing and growth mechanics

Know how to validate products quickly and use data to drive decisions

Be able to attract top talent and build strong cross-functional teams from scratch

Salary
Gross salary range is 4000 – 5000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
