This is a 6-month internship where you’ll work with the Corporate Development and Investments team on live transactions, from initial screening and business case evaluation to valuation models, due diligence, and closing.
It’s a hands-on opportunity to gain direct exposure to investment and M&A deals and work closely with Kilo’s executive team. You’ll see how deals are sourced, priced, and negotiated from the inside, with your work reaching senior decision-makers from day one.
Get ready to

Sourcing and screening acquisition targets against our investment criteria and maintaining the deal pipeline.

Building relationships with founders, executives, and advisors to initiate potential deals.

Preparing company profiles, investment materials, financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses.

Supporting due diligence, deal execution, closing activities, and post-signing coordination.
We expect you to
-
Have a genuine interest in tech M&A, corporate development, and/or venture capital.

Understand valuation methods, including DCF, trading comparables, and precedent transactions.

Be confident using Excel, Google Workspace, and AI tools to screen and assess acquisition targets efficiently.

Understand consumer D2C business models and unit economics, including CAC, LTV, retention, and payback.

Bring international study and/or work experience.

Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Salary
Gross salary range is 1163 EUR/month.
Location
For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model.
