Manage and optimize our Coupang WING seller account

Create, update, and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion

Conduct Korean keyword research and optimize listings for Coupang search

Write and optimize Korean product titles, descriptions, and product content

Launch, monitor, and optimize Coupang Ads campaigns while improving ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ACOS

Analyze competitor listings, pricing, and advertising strategies to identify growth opportunities

Develop promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies to increase sales

Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and monitor inventory health

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations

Partner with internal teams to prioritize new products and accelerate growth in the Korean market
We expect you to
-
Be fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) — this is a must
-
Have experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably Coupang WING
-
Have a strong understanding of Korean e-commerce SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization

Have hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and performance analysis

Be analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven

Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills
Salary
This is a part-time freelance position (approximately 8–16 hours per week). The hourly rate is €30–60, depending on experience and expertise.
