Get ready to

Develop and manage UGC creator partnerships, from sourcing new creators to maintaining ongoing relationships

Identify and recruit relevant creators who align with the product and target audience

We expect you to

Have 2+ years of experience in content creation, UGC, or performance marketing
-
Be skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
-
Have a strong performance marketing mindset — understanding what drives results
-
Know how to craft strong hooks and engaging content that captures attention quickly
-
Be able to identify the right creators for different products and audiences
-
Be both creative and analytical, using data to improve content performance
-
Be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously
-
Be interested in and comfortable using AI tools to enhance content production and workflows
-
Be fluent in English with strong communication skills
Salary
Gross salary range is 2400 – 3000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
