Develop and execute high-performance for mostly Meta ad creatives

Align creatives with performance goals (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and drive measurable results

Write clear, actionable briefs for designers, editors, and others, focusing on direct-response marketing

Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to ensure creative success

Analyze A/B test data to optimize ads and drive conversions

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on Meta ad trends

Copywrite compelling ad copy (headlines, CTAs) optimized for sales and lead generation
We expect you to

Have 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles, with a focus on Meta ads

Have a portfolio showcasing successful U.S. market Meta campaigns

Have strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)

Have creative and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Have excellent English skills and ability to adapt to the U.S. market

Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500 – 4500 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our headquarters in Vilnius, and we’re looking into building a team in Barcelona.
