Own the email marketing strategy – plan, create, and manage lifecycle and promotional campaigns (abandoned cart, upsells, product updates, newsletters).

Drive revenue growth – optimize email performance to increase conversions and revenue contribution.

Write and create engaging emails – strong copywriting is key; conversion-focused experience is a big plus.

Manage technical setup – handle platform configuration, automation flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.

Analyze & optimize – track performance, test improvements, and turn insights into action.

Collaborate across teams – work closely with product, marketing and developers. Ability to move fast, execute campaigns smoothly and familiarity with design tools is a big advantage.

Move fast & iterate – quickly test new ideas, angles, and formats using AI and modern tools.
We expect you to

At least a few year of experience in email marketing or a similar role (D2C, SaaS product experience is a plus).

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Omnisend etc.)

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics.

Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Ownership mindset — you like being responsible for results.
Salary
Gross salary range is 2100-3500 EUR/month.
Location
For Vilnius: 3 days onsite, 2 flexible days remote.
