We expect you to

  • Partner closely with the Head of Email Marketing to define and execute lifecycle strategy

  • Own day-to-day CRM performance across brands, ensuring high standards in flows, segmentation, personalization, and technical setup

  • Work hands-on in Klaviyo to support strategy, audits, implementation, testing, and optimization

  • Identify and launch growth initiatives such as referral programs, loyalty mechanics, and advanced reactivation systems

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with copy, design, analytics, and engineering to turn strategy into execution

  • Lead a strong test-and-learn culture by defining hypotheses, analyzing results, and scaling what works

  • Analyze lifecycle performance and customer behavior, turning insights into clear, actionable improvements

  • Bring 5+ years of CRM or lifecycle experience in subscription-based DTC, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Salary

Gross salary range is 4300 – 5000 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available!
