We expect you to

Have a strong engineering background and hands-on experience building scalable production systems

Be a hands-on Engineering Manager who can make architectural decisions, review code, and keep systems stable

Have experience building and leading teams, including planning future needs and working with freelancers or outsourced engineers

Understand product development deeply and help evolve an existing product with new features

Communicate clearly with product, marketing, and external stakeholders

Help drive AI adoption and automation within the team and product

Be comfortable owning system reliability, monitoring, and long-term fixes (not just quick patches)
Salary
Gross salary range is 6500 – 8000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hub in Kaunas.
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
