We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong focus on MarTech / AdTech — someone who can blend technical excellence with leadership to build scalable systems that power data-driven marketing and advertising. You’ll guide a talented team, shape the technical roadmap, and collaborate across product, data, and marketing to deliver high-impact solutions that fuel Kilo Health’s growth.

We expect you to
- Have a strong engineering background and experience building scalable systems
- Bring expertise in MarTech or AdTech domains such as automation, targeting, or analytics
- Demonstrate proven leadership in growing and guiding engineering teams
- Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively
- Have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and modern data/engineering practices
- (Bonus) Experience with advertising platforms, CDPs, or large-scale data processing systems
Salary
Gross salary range is 6000 – 8000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
