Get ready to

Build scalable, responsive web apps using TypeScript, Next.js, and Styled-components / Chakra-UI / SASS

Implement efficient state management with Redux or Zustand

Write and maintain reliable unit tests using Jest

Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver smooth, conversion-driven user journeys

Contribute clean, maintainable, and reusable code following modern best practices

Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and continuously look for improvements

Depending on your level, take on technical ownership, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor other engineers
We expect you to

Have solid experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management tools (e.g., Redux or Zustand)

Be confident writing unit tests and optimizing for performance

Understand and apply UI/UX best practices in a fast-paced product environment

Work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture

(For senior candidates) Lead by example, guide technical direction, and support team growth through mentorship and collaboration

Bonus points if you have experience with CMS platforms, e-commerce tools, or Playwright for automated testing

Salary
Gross salary range is 3210 – 4300 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
