We expect you to

Be curious, analytical, and always improving your craft based on what works

Bring 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing

Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Understand creative strategy for performance-driven Meta ads

Be a strong storyteller who knows how to hook viewers fast and keep them engaged

Work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Communicate clearly in English and thrive in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
