We are looking for a Media Buyer who’s ready to take ownership of performance campaigns—planning, managing, and optimizing Meta ads at scale. You’ll test new strategies, explore market insights, and manage multiple paid social channels to drive measurable growth. Work closely with a team of media buyers, and performance creatives in and out of the team

Do market, customer, and competitor research to come up with new strategies for testing or scaling

Play an important role in project success and take responsibility for your decisions
We expect you to
-
Have from 2-3 years of experience in Meta media buying

Have expertise in strategizing, planning, and achieving defined goals

Preferably have experience with digital e-commerce

Have experience with third-party tools needed to analyze the data (for ex., GA4, Hyros, etc.)

Have attention to detail and perfect time management skills

Have the ability to write short and sell copies would be an advantage

Have the ability to prioritize your workflow

Have enthusiasm for paid social and drive for continued growth

Have no fear of failing, testing, and scaling

Be initiative, have critical thinking
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-4000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
