Get ready to

Prepare technical designs and print-ready artwork for product labels, consumer-facing boxes, and other packaging materials

Work with packaging dielines and technical specifications to ensure designs are production-ready

Review packaging artwork, technical details, and final files before they are sent to production

Ensure all information displayed on packaging and labels is accurate, correctly implemented, and aligned with provided requirements

Collaborate with suppliers on packaging, labels, printing, finishing, and other production-related solutions

Coordinate packaging orders, follow their progress, and keep track of production and delivery timelines

Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth packaging development process from initial requirements to final production

Support the creation and adaptation of packaging across food supplements and other product categories
We expect you to
-
Have hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Have experience preparing packaging artwork for print using technical dielines

Understand digital and offset printing processes

Have solid knowledge of print production and prepress requirements, including bleeds, dielines, overprint, printing plates, and separate technical layers

Understand packaging finishing techniques, including UV and spot UV coating, matte and gloss varnishing, lamination, embossing, debossing, and foil stamping

Be detail-oriented and confident reviewing technical files before production

Be comfortable communicating with suppliers and coordinating multiple packaging-related tasks and deadlines

Have strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively with different internal and external stakeholders

Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Salary
Gross salary range is 2400 – 3000 EUR/month.
Location
We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.
For our Vilnius office, we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
