Lead and mentor a team of 7 brilliant Meta & Google acquisition specialists.

Oversee the overall acquisition strategy for one of the most critical Kilo brands (Meta, Google, Applovin and etc.).

Manage multi-million dollar budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS and incremental growth.

Select and integrate the right automation, tracking, and attribution tools to stay ahead of the market and our competitors.

Look for ways to constantly improve the overall ads’ performance of our Meta, Google and Applovin channels.

Be proactive and encourage your team members to look for new angles to unlock new markets, retain existing customers and solve the complexed issues.
We expect you to
-
Have a proven track record of 3-4 years in successfully managing PPC campaigns, showcasing your expertise in driving tangible results

Have proficiency in Meta Ads, Google (PMax, GDN, Demand Gen) and other social media advertising platforms, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices

Have experience using advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance and extract valuable insights

Have excellent attention to detail and ability to retain an oversight across many projects simultaneously

Have an analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Salary
Gross salary range is 5 000 – 7 000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
