Get ready to

Build and evolve our React Native mobile applications from idea to release, focusing on performance, stability, and delightful UX

Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams to turn complex requirements into simple, intuitive user flows

Take ownership of features end-to-end: planning, implementation, testing, release, and post-launch improvements

Work with modern React Native tooling and contribute to architectural decisions that keep the codebase clean and scalable

Optimize app speed, memory usage, and responsiveness across a wide range of devices

Troubleshoot production issues, improve monitoring, and ensure a smooth experience for all users

Keep up with React Native ecosystem trends and bring forward pragmatic improvements
We expect you to
-
2+ years of hands-on experience building mobile apps with React Native in production

Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React patterns (hooks, context, functional components)
-
Experience with state management and data layers such as Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, or similar
-
Confidence working with navigation solutions (React Navigation or equivalent)

Understanding of mobile performance best practices and how to profile/optimize apps
-
Familiarity with native build/release workflows for iOS and Android (CI/CD, App Store / Google Play)

Solid grasp of UX principles and the ability to implement pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces

Experience writing tests (unit/integration/e2e) and maintaining reliable code

Bonus points for: native iOS/Android experience, animations with Reanimated, apps with large user bases, or experience building Node.js backend services
Salary
Gross salary range is 3400 – 5000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
