Get ready to

Own the full invoice lifecycle — from receipt to posting — including 2-way and 3-way matching, GL coding, and cost center allocation

Take an active role in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings by handling AP accruals, vendor reconciliations, and aging discrepancies

Identify inefficiencies and improve AP processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and automation

Act as the main escalation point for vendor-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment blocks

Ensure all invoices comply with internal policies and apply correct local and international VAT treatments

Analyze AP data and aging reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making

Prepare payment run proposals for Team Lead review and approval
We expect you to
-
Have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Bring at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or P2P processes

Be confident working with MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, or Oracle
-
Be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues independently

Manage your time effectively, work independently, and meet strict deadlines

Communicate clearly in Lithuanian and English, especially with non-financial stakeholders

Take ownership, stay proactive, and continuously look for ways to improve processes
Salary
Gross salary range is 2200 – 4000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
