We expect you to

Bring strong backend engineering fundamentals – clean architecture, design patterns, testing

Have solid experience with PHP, ideally Laravel or Symfony (or be confident you can pick them up fast)

Be comfortable working beyond your “exact role” and taking initiative across the stack

Be able to navigate and design complex business/domain logic

Write reliable tests and follow best engineering practices

Work autonomously – from system design to deployment and optimization

Have a curious, open-minded approach and willingness to explore better solutions, not just follow existing ones
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000 – 7000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
