We are looking for
a Senior Google & Native Ads Manager to own and scale our Google and Native Advertising channels at Moerie, a premium haircare brand. You’ll develop growth strategies across Google Ads and Native Ads platforms, launch and optimize high-performing campaigns, collaborate closely with creatives, and continuously test new ideas to unlock profitable growth. Own our Google Ads and Native Ads channels – from strategy to execution, continuously growing both channels month-over-month

Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Native Ads platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID or similar)

Manage campaigns daily while running continuous A/B tests and performance analysis

Monitor results and ensure campaigns achieve our profitability and growth KPIs

Collaborate closely with our Creative team to develop high-performing creatives, landing page angles, and messaging tailored for both Google and Native traffic

Explore new audience targeting opportunities, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures

Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities

Stay on top of industry trends and platform updates, bringing new ideas and best practices into the team

Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to building a high-performing performance marketing team

Work with global markets and significant advertising budgets while maintaining positive ROAS
We expect you to
-
Have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns

Have experience with Native Advertising platforms (such as Taboola, Outbrain, MGID or similar)

Have solid knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking

Understand attribution, conversion optimization, and performance marketing metrics

Be highly analytical and comfortable making data-driven decisions

Have strong ownership and confidence managing large advertising budgets independently

Be creative and able to identify winning messaging, angles, and creative concepts together with designers

Be proactive, curious, and constantly looking for new testing opportunities

Have excellent prioritization and time management skills

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where experimentation is encouraged

Have strong English and Lithuanian communication skills

Bonus points if you have experience working with DTC e-commerce brands, subscription businesses, or scaling products internationally.
Salary
Gross salary range is 4000 – 6000 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile Kaunas team members usually come to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.
