We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our team and drive strategic HR initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to tackle organizational challenges, shape talent strategies, and support the growth of high-performing teams. Get ready to
- Build relationships with business leaders to address organizational challenges through people-related solutions as an HR Business Partner
- Support businesses on the full range of HR programs, including talent management, performance management, employee development, HR policies and processes, employee relations, and employee reward and recognition as an HR Advisor
- Drive organizational development, restructure the workforce, and manage succession planning initiatives
- Use data to monitor employee engagement, identify and predict team or organizational challenges, and create strategic programs and change initiatives to address them head-on
- Help leaders evolve organizational design and team structures to support growth and tackle challenges like employee underperformance and team conflicts
We expect you to
- Have substantial experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner (5+ years) in high-growth technology companies
- Have commercial acumen and analytical skills: you understand the businesses you support and can link your impact on commercial results
- Have in-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation, and a full understanding of all People functions: you are familiar with key trends, best practices, and shifting approaches within the People discipline. Knowledge about other EU countries’ labor legislation is a huge plus
- Have a deep understanding of People metrics, analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause first), and the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Have excellent spoken and written English
Salary
Gross salary range is 4300-5800 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
