We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to take our recruitment efforts to the next level. If you can confidently navigate ambiguity, align hiring with business priorities, and lead a team of 5 recruiters – all while moving fast – we want to meet you. You’ll work directly with C-level stakeholders, drive complex recruitment strategies, and focus on making Talent Acquisition more efficient, scalable, and insight-driven.

Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to develop and adapt recruitment strategies.

Manage full-cycle hiring for senior and leadership positions in a fast-changing environment.

Support onboarding, offboarding, and employer branding initiatives.

Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within recruitment.

Lead international recruitment analysis: explore new markets, evaluate talent pools, and define hiring approaches for expansion.
We expect you to
-
4+ years of recruiting experience across tech and non-tech roles, ideally within digital marketing, including hiring for positions such as Co-founders, Marketing, Tech, Product, and BizDev.

1+ year of experience in a team lead or similar leadership role.

Experience with or a strong interest in working with automation tools and improving recruitment processes.

Be confident, patient in working directly with senior and executive stakeholders.

Have proven experience in in-house recruitment.

Excel in sourcing, assessing talent, and managing exceptional candidate experiences.

Be skilled with ATS tools and up to date on recruitment best practices.

Be a strong communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.

Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.
Salary
Gross salary range is 3900-5300 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
