Conduct competitor research and stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and emerging creative best practices

Craft compelling ad scripts, hooks, captions, and CTAs optimized for TikTok’s native content environment

Identify winning creative angles, UGC concepts, and storytelling frameworks that resonate with target audiences
We expect you to
-
Have 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy, with a strong focus on TikTok advertising

Have a portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns, ideally targeting the U.S. market

Have a deep understanding of TikTok’s platform dynamics, content trends, creator ecosystem, and ad formats

Have strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
-
Have a creative and analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into winning creative strategies

Have excellent English communication skills and the ability to create content that resonates with U.S. audiences

Be highly curious, adaptable, and passionate about testing new creative concepts and pushing performance boundaries

Have experience working with UGC creators, influencer content, and short-form video production (preferred)
Salary
Gross salary range is 3500-4500 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
