We expect you to
-
Have 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing strong mobile app UX/UI projects (iOS/Android and/or complex web applications)

Demonstrate experience designing end-to-end product experiences — from research and wireframing to polished UI

Have strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems); experience with Webflow, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus

Have a solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design

Possess strong skills in typography, composition, color science, and modern interface trends

Communicate and articulate design decisions clearly and confidently

Demonstrate strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Think creatively while maintaining accuracy and high attention to detail

Design with a clear focus on both business objectives and user needs, informed by research and usability principles

Have experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing

Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
Salary
Gross salary range is 2800 – 3500 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
