Performance Design interns will focus on creating high-performing visual assets, combining both static and video design to support winning ad strategies. You will experiment with different formats, messaging, and visual approaches, constantly iterating based on data to develop creatives that capture attention, communicate value quickly, and drive measurable results.
Last but not least, Performance Creative specialists will craft and continuously refine creative concepts that drive sales and performance through both video and static ads, while ensuring they resonate with specific audiences and evoke the right emotions.
