Get ready to
- Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies focused on boosting performance across all digital channels
- Continuously benchmark A/B testing results and implement iterative improvements
- Conduct deep user behavior analysis using data, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research tools
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance user journeys and optimize conversion paths
- Manage a structured A/B testing roadmap, aligning with company-wide strategies and growth priorities
- Create and optimize funnels and landing pages to maximize user acquisition and retention
- Use tools like Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, and others to dig into performance insights and uncover high-impact opportunities
We expect you to
- Have 2+ years of CRO experience, preferably in fast-paced, product-led environments
- Be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be highly analytical and comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, etc.
- Have a solid understanding of key business metrics: Revenue, LTV, CR, ROAS
- Be goal-oriented and results-driven, able to prioritize high-impact tasks and juggle multiple projects
- Embrace a data-first mindset, using research and hypotheses to guide decision-making
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-4000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
