Get ready to
- Own and architect the entire financial systems landscape, designing a scalable, automated finance engine across ERP, financial data warehouse, payment gateways, banking, and operational systems
- Build and maintain integrations (APIs, ERP–BI–FP&A data flows) to ensure real-time, high-quality financial data and a single source of truth
- Automate 50–70% of manual work across AP, AR, reconciliations, close-prep, treasury workflows, and approvals using ERP tools and low-code/no-code automation (n8n/Make/Tray.io)
- Redesign end-to-end finance workflows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Treasury-to-Forecast), documenting and standardizing processes company-wide
- Own ERP (NetSuite) administration, configuration, and optimization for multi-entity global operations
- Partner with the CFO to build the finance technology roadmap and maniage the full portfolio of finance systems projects
- Build automated dashboards and reporting pipelines (SQL, Looker/BI) to replace manual spreadsheets
- Translate complex accounting requirements (IFRS, local GAAP, US GAAP) into system logic, automated rules, and audit-ready processes
We expect you to
- Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finance Operations or Business Systems roles, ideally in SaaS/tech or high-growth environments
- Have deep understanding of O2C, P2P, R2R, cash operations, internal controls, and modern digital finance processes
- Demonstrate strong systems expertise: ERP administration, API-based integrations, and building automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom scripts
- Be fluent with data: strong SQL skills, ability to design data models, and comfort working directly with finance data warehouses
- Have working knowledge of Python or JavaScript for complex transformations (not as a full-time engineering role, but as part of system automation)
- Show the ability to manage complex systems projects, prioritize work across stakeholders, and drive adoption of new processes
- Communicate across Finance, Accounting, BI, FP&A, Data, Ops, and Product teams, translating business needs into technical workflows
- Demonstrate high standards of organization, proactivity, analytical thinking, and change leadership
- Be motivated by building scalable foundations, removing manual work, raising operational quality, and enabling Finance to move faster with fewer errors
Salary
Gross salary range is 5500-8000 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
