- Mentor and lead one other media buyer within the team
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management to drive efficiency and maximize campaign impact
- Work alongside other stakeholders in our startup-like ecosystem
We expect you to
- Have a proven track record of 3-4 years in successfully managing PPC campaigns, showcasing your expertise in driving tangible results
- Have proficiency in Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising platforms, with a deep understanding of their functionalities and best practices
- Have experience using advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance and extract valuable insights
- Have excellent attention to detail and ability to retain an oversight across many projects simultaneously
- Have an analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Salary
Gross salary range is 5 000 – 7 000 EUR/month.
Location
While we have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga.. This role can also be fully remote!
