Indrė Kaira has joined Kiloverse as Chief People Officer. She will lead talent development and recruitment at Kiloverse.
Taking over from Alina Petrulienė, Kaira will help strengthen the model being built within the Kilo group – combining investment in global businesses and ideas with hands-on product and startup development, supported by strong operational infrastructure.
“Indrė brings global experience gained from working alongside startup founders and knows how to build strong teams in fast-paced environments. This is particularly important as she has built a business herself — she sees leadership not as a standard function, but as one of the cornerstones of a growing organisation’s success. For our group, this means stronger capabilities, better results, and more opportunities for talent to grow,” says Žygimantas Surintas, CEO of Kilo.
In her new role, Kaira will focus on building teams that drive high performance. Her key priorities include more rigorous co-founder selection, more effective performance management, and the application of AI in day-to-day operations.
“Teams shouldn’t slow down business growth. My goal is to help create an environment where people move fast, take ownership, and strengthen their AI capabilities so they can work more productively and achieve more,” says Kaira.
Over the past fifteen years, Kaira has worked with business builders, tech startups, and fast-growing companies across Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East. She also contributed to building the Surfshark team during a period of rapid growth and is the founder of the AI-driven talent platform jobRely.
“Lithuania can offer career opportunities, competitive conditions, and strong benefits that until recently were associated only with major European cities such as Berlin or London. We see a real opportunity to attract both returning Lithuanians as well as international professionals to build and grow here,” says Kaira.
