Kilo is expanding its footprint with a new Creative Hub in Barcelona – strengthening its capabilities in performance marketing, data, and AI.
The hub is part of Kiloverse, Kilo’s internal platform for building and scaling businesses. It will focus on testing ideas faster, accelerating product development, and driving creative go-to-market strategies across global markets.
Barcelona was chosen for its strong international talent pool in creative and digital fields, offering a highly competitive environment for attracting specialists in performance marketing, data, and AI-driven creativity.
“Spain offers a dynamic and innovative business environment, a strong startup culture, excellent networking opportunities, and a significant international presence. It has become one of the leading destinations for global talent, especially in the digital and creative fields.”
Žygimantas Surintas, CEO of Kilo.
The hub is based at Utopicus Torre Marenostrum in La Barceloneta and will focus on building a team of top-tier marketing and creative talent.
According to Jevgenij Piliušin, Head of the Creative Hub, the long-term vision is to build a high-performance creative center fully integrated into Kiloverse’s workflows: “We are starting with a team of six specialists, with plans to grow into a hub of twenty by the end of next year. The goal is to make this a primary creative headquarters for our global operations.”
Indrė Kaira, Chief People Officer at Kiloverse, adds: “Barcelona is a strategic move to build a world-class international talent community. We are creating a new standard of collaboration where diverse backgrounds become our strongest competitive advantage. Our goal is to ensure this hub becomes a destination for those who want to outgrow their own shadows and are looking for an environment where personal growth is as vital as the company’s pace of expansion.”
The expansion into Spain marks Kilo’s third European base, alongside hubs in Vilnius and Riga.
